At Foundry Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Fixture

  Carefully repackage the item in its original factory packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective internal padding.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is uninstalled and undamaged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
