Most in-stock fixtures are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by region, but standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days via UPS or FedEx.
Do you offer a warranty on your lighting fixtures?
Yes, all Foundry Lighting products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for home lighting?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled fixtures in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom orders are final sale.
Are your fixtures compatible with dimmable LED bulbs?
Most of our chandeliers, pendants, and sconces are dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a high-quality dimmer switch. Please check the specific product specifications for details.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If your fixture is damaged during transit, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement.
Do you provide professional installation services?
Foundry Lighting does not provide direct installation. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure your new fixtures are installed safely and according to local building codes.
